1. Acceptance

By using sidegigart.io ("the Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site fetches a web address you submit and reports on a fixed set of automated technical signals. It is an informational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Google or the Google AdSense programme in any way.

3. Results are not a prediction

Results are automated technical signals only. They are not a guarantee, prediction, estimate or indication of whether Google will approve any site for AdSense. Google's decision depends on factors this tool cannot assess — including content originality, usefulness and quality, programme-policy compliance, traffic sources and human reviewer judgement. Passing every check on this Site does not mean you will be approved, and failing a check does not mean you will be rejected. For that reason the Site does not publish a score, percentage or overall verdict, and you should not treat any part of it as one.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the addresses you submit. Only submit URLs you own or are entitled to have fetched by a third party; do not submit private, internal or credential-bearing URLs. You may not use the Site to attack, overload, scan or scrape other people's infrastructure, to bypass access controls, or to automate bulk requests against the endpoint. We may rate-limit, block or refuse requests at our discretion.

5. Third-party services

Checks include calls to Google's PageSpeed Insights API, and the Site displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their results or their privacy practices.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Checks can produce false positives and false negatives: only the homepage is fetched, only raw HTML is read, and many sites block automated requests entirely. We may change, suspend or remove any check at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, advertising income or data, for a rejected or delayed AdSense application, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's name, design, text and code belong to SideGigArt. Results about your own site are yours to use as you wish.

9. Changes to these terms
