1. Acceptance

By using sidegigart.io (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What SideGigArt provides

SideGigArt provides free calculators and decision tools for freelancers, side hustlers and web publishers; educational guides about independent work and website monetisation; and technical tools that inspect publicly available website signals relevant to crawling and Google AdSense readiness. No account or payment is required.

3. Calculations are estimates

Calculator outputs depend entirely on the figures and assumptions entered. Results may use simplified formulas, estimates, example rates or general planning buffers. They are not a quote, valuation, guarantee of earnings or substitute for financial, tax, legal, accounting, employment or investment advice. Rules and costs vary by country and change over time. You are responsible for checking the result against your own records and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.

4. Proposals, scripts and generated text

Some tools produce proposal summaries, negotiation messages, payment reminders or other text that you can copy or share. These are editable starting points, not legal documents or professional advice. Review every name, number, deadline, price, tax amount and obligation before sending anything to a client. You are responsible for the final text you use and any agreement you enter into.

5. Guides are educational

Guides explain general approaches to pricing, clients, cash flow, taxes, website publishing, advertising and monetisation. Examples are illustrative and may not apply to your location or circumstances. Publication or update dates do not guarantee that every external rule, threshold or service remains unchanged.

6. Website checks are limited

Website tools fetch an address you submit and report on a defined set of automated technical signals. They can miss content rendered in the browser, pages hidden behind scripts, unusual sitemap locations, temporary failures and access controls. Results can therefore contain false positives or false negatives and should be checked against the live site.

SideGigArt is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Google. A passed check is not a guarantee, prediction or indication that Google will approve a site for AdSense. Approval depends on factors an automated tool cannot judge, including originality, usefulness, policy compliance, traffic quality and human review. SideGigArt deliberately provides no overall approval score or verdict.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of every result and for the addresses you submit. Only submit public URLs you own or are entitled to have fetched. Do not submit private, internal or credential-bearing URLs. You may not use the Site to attack, overload, scan or scrape infrastructure, bypass access controls, automate bulk requests, interfere with other visitors or violate applicable law. We may limit or refuse requests to protect the service.

8. Third-party services

SideGigArt uses third-party hosting and may use Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Search Console and advertising services. We do not control their availability, calculations, decisions or privacy practices. Links to external sites are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement.

9. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or a specific business outcome. Tools, formulas, guides and external integrations may change, and we may correct, suspend or remove any part of the Site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SideGigArt and its operator are not liable for lost profit, revenue, business, advertising income, clients, contracts or data, or for tax, pricing, employment, investment or AdSense decisions made using the Site. We are not liable for an application being rejected or delayed, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual property and your outputs

SideGigArt's name, design, original writing and code belong to SideGigArt. You may use, adapt and send the calculation results, proposal summaries, negotiation scripts and website reports generated from your own inputs. You may not republish substantial parts of the guides or reproduce the Site as a competing service without permission.

12. Changes and contact
