Reporting a check that looks wrong
False results are the bug we most want to hear about. The checks read raw HTML and fetch a few files, so there are real blind spots: a policy page linked only from a JavaScript menu, a sitemap at a non-standard path, a site that renders text in the browser. If a check contradicts what you can see with your own eyes, that's worth an email.
Please include:
- The exact URL you submitted.
- Which check was wrong, and what it said.
- What you expected instead, and how you verified it.
- Roughly when you ran it, so we can account for changes since.
Reporting a bug
For errors, blank pages or a check that never finishes, tell us the URL, your browser and what you saw. If the page showed an error message, quoting it verbatim saves a round trip.
What we can't help with
We have no relationship with Google and no visibility into your AdSense account. We can't chase an application, appeal a rejection, explain a specific decision or tell you whether you'll be approved. For that, use Google's own AdSense support.
Suggestions
If there's a technical signal that's objectively verifiable and genuinely useful before applying, suggest it. The bar is that it must be checkable as fact — anything requiring a judgement call belongs in the explainer section, not as a pass/fail check.
